Sarah Palin gave a 2,585-word energy policy speech today in Ohio, and didn’t breathe the word “climate” or “global warming,” according to the prepared remarks available on the McCain campaign Web site.
A McCain/Palin supporter compared Obama to mass murderer Charles Manson during a rally for First Dude Todd Palin and Republican Senator Norm Coleman (who is about to lose to Al Franken) in Minnesota. And, as usual, no one at the McCain/Palin rally did a thing about it.
Thats kinda like saying Big Bird is just as scary as the birds in Alfred Hitchcock movie The Birds. Sure their both birds, just like Obama and Manson are men, but not quite the same.
Obama sustains himself on Hope, Manson sustained himself on finger sandwiches.

John McCain is collapsing in the polls in Florida and other swing states, but Sarah Palin, God bless her, has a solution.
“For me, the heels are on, the gloves are off,” she announced at high noon Monday to a group of Republican donors at the Naples Beach Club.
You betcha.
As the donors sipped their bloody marys and mimosas, she added, in a conspiratorial stage whisper, “I’m sending the message back to John McCain also: Tomorrow night in his debate, might as well take the gloves off.”
Darn right.
